No Refund Policy
All purchases made through our website, including but not limited to Discord memberships (monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans), course access, downloadable materials, journaling templates, and live session access, are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund, chargeback, or reversal of payment under any circumstances.
Due to the immediate access to proprietary content, intellectual property, digital course materials, and live community resources provided upon enrollment, refunds cannot be issued once payment has been processed.
Recurring memberships. For recurring Discord membership plans, you may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but will not result in a refund of any payment already made. Access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.

Eligibility
Membership and course access are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that participation in trading education is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Discord & Course Access
Access to the Discord community, course materials, live sessions, group calls, trade reviews, journal reviews, and any other educational components provided as part of any ShinigamiXBT membership tier (collectively, the "Program Content") is delivered through a combination of pre-recorded materials, written guidance, community channels, and live sessions hosted by Shinigami and, where applicable, other appointed coaches, moderators, or instructors.
While ShinigamiXBT intends to provide live sessions and ongoing community engagement on a consistent basis throughout the duration of your membership, members understand and agree that the exact number, frequency, timing, format, and host of such sessions are not guaranteed and may change at the sole discretion of ShinigamiXBT.
From time to time, live sessions, trade reviews, or community events may be rescheduled, substituted, replaced, canceled, consolidated, recorded for later viewing, or delivered by different coaches or moderators due to circumstances including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, operational decisions, program improvements, illness, travel, personal circumstances, force majeure events, or the unavailability of a specific coach or instructor.
ShinigamiXBT reserves the right to modify the structure and delivery of Program Content at its discretion, including but not limited to:
• Substituting one coach or moderator for another
• Adjusting the number, length, or schedule of live sessions
• Modifying the duration or format of sessions
• Transitioning certain sessions to alternative formats such as workshops, Q&A calls, written guidance, recorded content, community support, or other educational resources
• Updating, revising, replacing, or removing course modules and materials as the curriculum evolves
Excluding Shinigami himself, the participation of any specific coach or moderator is not guaranteed for any particular session or time period. ShinigamiXBT's obligation is limited to providing reasonable educational support and access to the Discord community and course materials during the member's active membership term.
Members acknowledge and agree that such adjustments do not constitute a breach of the agreement and do not entitle the member to refunds, credits, or any form of compensation. ShinigamiXBT retains full discretion to manage personnel, scheduling, and content delivery in a manner it deems appropriate for the continued operation and improvement of the program.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
By accessing or participating in any ShinigamiXBT program, course, Discord community, or service, you agree to the following confidentiality obligations.
Confidential Content
The following materials are proprietary and confidential to ShinigamiXBT and may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, recorded, screenshotted, screen-recorded, or disclosed without prior written consent: live session recordings and replays, group call recordings, pre-recorded course content, lessons and curriculum materials, journaling templates and frameworks, journal reviews, risk and performance breakdowns, screen recordings and trade analyses shared within the program, private Discord channel messages and community communications, member-uploaded trade screenshots and journal data, behavioural feedback and coaching notes, and any proprietary methodology, framework, or system shared within the community.
Member Data Protection
Member information shared within the program — including personal trading performance, journal entries, behavioural feedback, and community interactions — is strictly confidential. Members agree not to share, screenshot, record, or distribute the personal data, trading results, or private communications of other members without their explicit consent.
Non-Disclosure Obligation
You agree not to disclose, reproduce, repost, or distribute any confidential content to third parties, whether publicly or privately, including but not limited to social media, video platforms, forums, messaging platforms, screenshots, screen recordings, or competing educational programs and communities. This obligation survives the termination of your membership or participation in any ShinigamiXBT program.
Breach & Remedies
Unauthorised disclosure of confidential content, sharing of Discord access credentials, or distribution of course materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund. ShinigamiXBT reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, under the laws of the United States of America.
Account Sharing
Discord access and course access are granted to a single individual member and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used by anyone other than the registered member. Detected account sharing is grounds for immediate termination of access without refund.
